Ohio Northern University to host 38th annual Law Review Symposium

Ohio Northern University presents the 38th annual Law Review Symposium, “Congress on the Red Carpet: Legislation Impacting the Entertainment and Social Media Industries,” in the Pettit College of Law’s Moot Court Room on Friday, April 19. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. This symposium is open to the public.
        
The speakers will discuss the various areas of entertainment law with specific focus on the music, television, sports, social media and art industries. At this year’s ONU Law Review Symposium, individuals will have the opportunity to see where the law and these industries intersect from the viewpoints of those who make it all possible.

A petition that would have placed a referendum item on the Ohio High School Athletic Association’s (OHSAA) May ballot that called for all OHSAA tournaments to be conducted separately for public schools and non-public schools has been removed from the ballot, Commissioner Daniel B. Ross, Ph.D., has announced.

ONU's Dicke College of Business Administration ranked No. 62 nationally

Ohio Northern University’s Dicke College of Business Administration has been ranked No. 62 in the nation by Bloomberg Businessweek in the publication’s annual rankings of undergraduate business programs.

Ranked third in the state of Ohio, Ohio Northern earned high marks in the nine categories used for the rankings, including an “A” in the “Teaching Quality Grade” category. In academic quality, ONU was ranked 14th overall in the nation. In 2010, ONU was ranked 72nd overall.

Four Seasons Drive Thru kitchen reopens

Four Seasons Drive Thru announce on its facebook page that its kitchen is reopened.

The announcement states: "Though there have been many changes to the menu, we brought back the old favorites and are working at adding a few addition. Come in and check out our new deli and expanded store. Also, give us a few ideas on what you would like to see us stock for those party needs."

Ada Barnyard 4-H Club meets March 24

The next Ada Barnyard 4-H Club meeting will be Sunday, March 24, at 2 p.m. at Sugar Grove Church.
Please Bring:
1. Your enrollment forms if not already turned in.
2. $5 dues
3. Campaign speeches for election of officers
4. Copy of calendar, Constitution and By-Laws - Should be in your e-mail by Friday.

This will be a long meeting so plan on being there till 4 pm. Demos and Refreshments are by Archers and Boutwells.
