ADA - Injury-plagued Ada visits surging Columbus Grove for a week six battle Friday in just their second road game of the season.

Grove has won three straight after starting the season with consecutive losses to a pair of 5-0 teams, Pandora-Gilboa and Leipsic. They have outscored their opposition 109-43 during their win streak.

CG (3-2, 2-0 NWC) took advantage of Knight miscues to upset state-ranked Crestview 33-20 on the road in week five. They are one of only two remaining unbeatens in league play, as Grove sits atop the NWC along with Spencerville at 2-0.

The summer of '18 will be remembered as a perfect one for gardens in Ada. Here's proof. Check out these impressive impatiens greeting visitors to the ONU admissions office. (Monty Siekerman photo)
