The December meeting of the Western Ohio Chapter of the Lincoln Highway Association will take place on Tuesday, Dec, 15 in Van Wert.
Members and guests will dine at Black Angus on Main, 282 E. Main Street (Lincoln Highway) at 6 p.m.
At 7 p.m., a brief business meeting will take place. Afterwards, members and guests are welcome and encouraged to share personal Christmas memories, stories, special readings or decorations.
Paula Scott of Bluffton will offer two workshops in January titled “Improving Business Visibility Online,” hosted by Bluffton Center for Entrepreneurs.
She will provide a brief overview of the workshops during Friday’s Dec. 11, Bluffton chamber breakfast in the town hall at 7 a.m.
“What happens when a visitor looks for your Bluffton business with a search engine or app?” asks Scott. “Don’t know. Or, don’t like what you find?”
There will be a PaintINN at the ONU Inn at 6 pm on Thursday, Dec. 10. Kim Cole-Fitzgerald holds the two canvases on wood of holiday and winter scenes that will be painted that day. Cost is $30, which includes materials, tax, and gratuity. Call The Inn to reserve a place. (Monty Siekerman photo)
