The Ohio Northern League of Legends esports team had its 2020 spring season come to an end on Wednesday night with a 2-1 loss to Cleveland State in the semifinals of the Ohio section of the National Collegiate esports tournament.
The Polar Bears won the first game in convincing fashion, but fell to the Vikings in tight second and third games and end their NEC season with a 3-5 record.
Ohio Northern, coached by Troy Chiefari, continued play in the NEC Overwatch tournament Wednesday night with a semifinal game against Ohio State.

The 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, April 21, Ada council meeting will be held as a virtual WebEx meeting, accoridng to Angela Polachek of the village.
The public is asked to enter the meeting with the audio feature muted and the visual feature disabled.
The public will have an opportunity to speak when called upon during the "Open Floor to the Public" agenda item. If anyone would like to submit a question or comment to Council prior to the meeting, please click here.

Ada council will meet virtually on April 21 through Zoom or some similar service that is available from our web developer. We will address issues such as how to have an executive session, time for public comment and so forth within the next week so we can test and be ready for the following week's meeting.
