The Mental Health Recovery Services Board of Allen, Auglaize and Hardin Counties will hold a series of free programs focusing on the struggle to overcome grief.
The programs take place in the Ada Public Library from 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesdays, March 6, through May 8, according to Chris Estes, Prevention Marketing Specialist, LOSS Team Coordinator.
Estes asks: “Are you struggling with your grief, over a death, a relationship, your pet, a life change? When Option A doesn’t work out, go to Option B, which is facing adversity, building resilience and finding joy.”
The group sessions will work with the book titled “Option B.” Books will be available for participants who do not have their own copy.
Trained facilitators will lead the sessions, which are free and open to the public.
For more information, contact Estes at 419-549-9530, extension 4, 302 W. Franklin St., Kenton, or e-mail [email protected]. Registration is encouraged.
