Ada's latest news

I was hoping someone would publicly address the dropoff situation going on at the Ada school. It was a good idea, but wasn't researched enough. The school didn't take into consideration, that there were three lanes of vehicles dropping off students, in the front of the school.

Now, all lanes have been condensed into one long lane, with a minimum of an eight-minute wait to get students to their classes. The school just announced to students that tardiness, due to the dropoff restrictions will no longer be excused.

Health data released yesterday led the Ohio Department of Health to designated Hardin County as being in a Red Alert Level 3 as defined by the Ohio Public Health Advisory System.

New health data found that 38 counties currently have a very high risk of exposure and spread (Red Level 3), up from 29 counties last week.

This represents the highest number of Red Level 3 counties since the launch of the advisory system in July.

"It was a great win," said third-year Ada head coach Kyleigh Tabor. "Both sides fought hard the entire match, and there were lots of long rallies."

This novel is a get-away, and leaves you with a renewed sense of wonder

Review by Robert McCool
Stephen King's latest “The Outsider” ( Simon and Shuster, ISBN 978-1-9821-4824-9) doesn't disappoint.

Everything that can be said about Stephen King has already been said. One of the world's most popular authors can be depended upon to deliver a good old supernatural yarn. Still, he remains a matter of taste to many. He either gives you a case of the shivers, as in this latest novel, or disgusts with too much realism when it comes to violence. So, I don't like everything he's written, but I do like this book.
