Public Meetings

The Ada Schools Board Of Education will hold a July board meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 27, 2023.

The meeting will include a hearing of the public on the use of IDEA Part B funds (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act) for the 2023-2024 school year and a hearing of the public on Hire Rehire for the 2023-2024 school year.

The Village of Ada Council will hold a regular meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 18 in council chambers at the Ada Municipal Building, 115 W. Buckeye Ave.

The Village Of Ada Council held a regular meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 5. In the absence of Mayor Dave Retterer, council president Jeff Oestreich chaired the meeting. (The meeting packet is available HERE.)

The regular meeting of the Ada Council--usually scheduled on a Tuesday--will take place on Wednesday, July 5, 2023.

On June 29, the Ada School Board met at 6:00 p.m. for its regular monthy meeting. The meeting was Superintendent Robin VanBuskirk’s final meeting. VanBuskirk, who is retiring, thanked the staff, students, community and School Board for their support, and for the honor of serving the Ada Schools for the past 16 years.

The Liberty Township trustees have announced that they won't meeting on Monday, July 3. Need to be reminded who our trustees are and when they meet?

The board meets on the first and third Mondays of each month at 7:00 p.m. at the Liberty Township Hall, 110 E. Buckeye Ave., Ada, OH 45810.
