Here comes the band, ready for fall football and band competitions

After two tiring weeks, Ada High School band camp concluded on Friday. The conclusion of camp was marked with a performance by the band and color guard.

They performed a portion of this season’s competition show in addition to some tunes that can be heard at AHS football games this fall.

Open the attachment at the bottom of this story for photos of that performance.

Tell us about being homeschooled. What are the best and worst parts about it?

So to clarify about homeschooling in general, the reason I choose to be homeschooled (and the reason my parents gave me the opportunity) is that it gives me the ability to expand my worldview and mind. Why? Because I’m not taught what someone wants me to be taught but I can develop my own ideas about the world - it’s less consuming and more thinking.
