The Village of Ada has posted the following advertisement for bid:
Sealed bids for the lease of 33.66 tillable acres, more of less, of farm ground located in the Village of ada along Willow Parkway within the Ada grass Run Industrial Park, owned by the Village of Ada, Hardin County, Ohio and being parcel numbers 25-1700920000, 25-1700930000, 25-1700940000, 25-1700950000, 25-1700960000, 25-1701130000, 25-1701140000,25-1701430000 and 25-1701440000 will be received by the Village of Ada at the Municipal Building, 115 West Buckeye Avenue, Ada, Ohio until February 28th, 2023 at 12:00 noon.
The lease will be for a two-year term commencing on March 7th, 2023, and terminating on February 28th, 2025. Bids are to be based on a per acre rate at an acreage of 33 acres with an annual payment payable on the first day of December 2023 and each year thereafter.
