Arizona Collingsworth, age 89, died Thursday, July 30 at 6:30 p.m. at Lost Creek Health Care and Rehabilitation Center, Lima.
She was born on August 31, 1925 in Salyersville, Kentucky to Jack and Della (Montgomery) Risner, who preceded her in death. She married Ottis Collingsworth on March 6, 1948 and he died on July 16, 1997.
Arizona was a homemaker. She was a member of the Alger Assembly of God Church and a member of the Women’s Ministry of the church. Arizona served as a Sunday school teacher for many years.
