The Village of Ada issued this notice on October 6:
If you did not file your Ada Village income tax return(s) for the years 2017, 2018 or 2019, you may receive a letter from the Regional Income Tax Authority (RITA).
To correct this please go to RITA'S website at: www.ritaohio.com to complete your return. If you would rather mail your return(s) please mail to: Regional Income Tax Agency, PO BOX 470538, Broadview Heights, OH 44147-0538.
If you believe you received this letter in error please contact RITA at 1-800-860-7482.
