There’s a new coffee shop in Ada. And, several new businesses are open with several opening soon. It’s all happening at 123-125 E. Buckeye Avenue, Ada.
Owners, Amber and Nick Simon and Fred and Kathy Rowe, purchased that large red building on Buckeye last May and have completed a major renovation of the inside.
Prior to the purchase by the new owners, the building housed Health Trends and Railhouse Gym.
“We are excited and beyond blessed to be able to bring some life to our little corner of Ada,” said Amber.
Here’s what’s new in the building:
125 E. Buckeye –
One More fitness center. It is open 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. Membership is available to use the facility. It offers free weights, cable weights and open floor space for workouts.
123 E. Buckeye -
Buckeye East, a community building with multiple local businesses housed there includes six office suites, a studio and a coffee shop, which all share a lobby.
Buckeye East Coffee Shop –
Fred and Kathy Rowe will operated the coffee shop. They will offer a custom-roast coffee, espresso and pastries. A soft launch is underway and regular business hours will be announced later this month.
Studio 123 –
The studio is available for adult fitness classes, youth gymnastics, youth dance classes, craft events, business meetings, small gatherings and events. It has seating for 48 persons and may be rented by the hour.
Suite 1 -
The Selah Place, which will open soon. Owned by Amber Simon, it will be a small Christian bookstore and gift shop.
Suite 2 –
Brooke Long Beauty. Brooke specializes in makeup and spray tanning.
Suite 3 –
On Hand Healing Massage. Madison Preston is the licensed massage therapist.
Suite 4 –
Is available for rent.
Suite 6 –
Heather S. Kocher, an Ada attorney, has an office.
