University ranks high in state, nation in 2015 Payscale College Salary Report

Ohio Northern University has been ranked fourth in the “Best Colleges in Ohio” rankings, and placed in the top 10 percent nationally, in the new 2015-16 PayScale College Salary Report.

According to the same report, ONU ranks third among Ohio schools in the number of science technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) degrees awarded.

ONU placed behind Case Western Reserve, Oberlin and Kenyon in the best colleges in the state of Ohio ranking, which considers early-career pay, mid-career pay, percentage of high meaning (alumni who say their works makes the world a better place) and percentage of stem degrees awarded. In the nation, ONU placed 110th overall out of more than 1,000 schools.

Thirty-three percent of the degrees earned at ONU were STEM-related, placing the University third overall in the state behind Case Western Reserve and DeVry University.
