While the super hero summer reading program kicks off from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, May 30, at the Ada Public Library, it’s one of several library events planned in May and June.
The kick-off includes face painting, touch-a-truck, 4-H animals on display, summer reading sign-up sheets and a used book sale.

• Tuesday, May 19, 1 p.m. – Amish Book Group, will discuss “Rumspringa: To Be or Not to Be Amish,” by Tom Shachtman.
• Thursday, May 21, 4 p.m. – Teens Book Group (8th to 12th grade) will discuss “Paper Towns,” by John Green.
• Tuesday, June 2, 7 p.m. – Adult Book Group, will discuss “The 5th Wave,” by Rick Yancey.
• Friday, June 5, 11 a.m., Tween Book Group (4th-6th grade), will discuss “The Map to Everywhere,” by Carrie Ryan

• e-Book assistance for iPad audioBooks and eBooks takes place from 10 to 11 a.m., Thursday, May 21. Sign-up is required.
• Troubleshooting devices, providing an in-depth approach to troubleshooting comer user and devise problems associated with digital contest. Sign-up is required.
• Adult Writing Group – will meet second and fourth Wednesday of each month. The first dates are: May 13 and 27 and June 10 and 14. All meeting are at 6 p.m.
