Two words describe Restore this fall: Busy place

For many Ada area residents, ReStore, 210 N. Main St., is the place where the action is. ReStore’s November newsletter was recently released and it share many of the events recently held and planned later this fall.

The newsletter offers updates on:
• Crockpot Tuesdays
• Daily lunches
• Monthly dances (see photo above)

In November ReStore plans a Thanksgiving dinner and coat drive. In December there’s an auction to benefit the Beacon Fund.

There’s always an opportunity to volunteer. Opportunities are available to volunteer at Marco’s Closet and during the Thanksgiving dinner.

Way too much fun at ReStore

Everyone has a turn at ReStore’s monthly dances, on the second Wednesday of the month. Two steps and line dancing mingle with polkas and waltzes. Here, Walt Miller and Barbara Connor dance together, along with Alice Cheney and Donna Shadley. Others watch from the sidelines. For an update on ReStore recent activities read the story below.

Jefferson holds Bulldogs scoreless in homecoming game

By Dusty Donley
The Ada Bulldog offense was held scoreless for the second time this season as the visiting Delphos Jefferson Wildcats traveled to War Memorial Stadium and got a hard fought, 10-0 Northwest Conference victory. The loss drops Ada to (5-4) overall and (4-3) in the conference, ending any shot the Bulldogs had at a

piece of the NWC Championship.

Both offenses failed to find the end zone in the first half as Wildcat kicker Kurt Wollenhaupt's 31-yard field goal late in the second quarter were the only points either team could muster before the halftime intermission.
