It's Spirit Week in Ada Schools. That can only mean that homecoming is on the weekend.

Here's the Spirit Week dress code:  
Monday: Western Day “Lasso those Knights” 
Tuesday: Generation Day -
     Freshman: Babies,
     Sophomores: Kids (elementary),
     Juniors: Adults (middle aged)
     Seniors: Old people.
Wednesday: Imitate a Staff Member Day 
Thursday: Dress like any NWC rival  
Friday: Spirit Day! Show your spirit, wear your purple and gold and crazy spirit wear!

Three unsolved homicides and an attempt on Chee's life have left the Navajo Tribal Police baffled. Are the murders somehow connected, although they occurred 120 miles apart?

Ohio Northern University celebrates Homecoming 2012 Oct. 5-7

Ohio Northern University will celebrate Homecoming 2012 from Oct. 5-7. All alumni, friends, family, faculty and students are welcome to attend.

With its “Where in the World’s Klondike?” theme, Homecoming weekend will kick off on Friday, Oct. 5. The Pettit College of Law will host various sessions throughout the day, including the dedication of the Rare Book Collection room at 5 p.m. and a law donor recognition dinner to follow.

At 6:30 p.m., former athletes will be honored during the ONU Athletic Hall of Fame induction ceremony and banquet.

Bridge Home Health & Hospice offering 24th annual Living Through Loss Series

Bridge Home Health & Hospice is offering its 24th annual Living Through Loss educational series. The eight-month series will focus on the issues surrounding the death of a loved one. Sessions will be held from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in the Marathon Auditorium at Blanchard Valley Hospital, 1900 South Main Street, Findlay. Dates and topics include:

October 15: “The Journey Through Grief: What to Expect Along the Way”
Presented by Kathryn J. Foust of Lighthouse Counseling Services
November 19: “Facing the Holidays After a Loss”
