Tuesday, May 2, is the date for Ohio's primary election - but polls in Hardin County will not be open because there are no local issues or party runoffs.

All Ada students from grades 1-6 will have an art piece on display in the elementary school hallways from 5-6:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 4.

ONU senior Leah Casey won the Bruce Chesser Award for ceramics at this year's ArtSpace/Lima annual juried exhibit. The award is named in honor of Prof. Chesser, retired faculty member who specializes in ceramics.

Leah, originally from Seville, Ohio, is pursing a B.F.A. degree in studio arts with a 3D concentration, an option in art therapy, and a B.S. degree in psychology. She is a member of the Arts and Sciences Student Advisory Council and president of the Kappa Pi art honorary.

Men's tennis ends season 6-3

LIMA — The Ohio Northern men's tennis team wrapped up its regular season with a 6-3 loss to Capital on Sunday afternoon indoors at the Westwood Tennis & Fitness Center.

The Polar Bears fall to 11-10 overall and are 3-5 in the Ohio Athletic Conference, while the Crusaders improve to 8-15, 4-4.

ONU will be the No. 6 seed in next week's OAC Tournament and will play at third-seeded Baldwin Wallace on Tuesday.

The semifinals and finals are slated for Friday and Saturday at the Lindner Family Tennis Center in Mason.
