Ada is now ranked 6th in Region 28, Division VII in this week's OHSAA computer rankings.

The Bird Machine in Chicago comes to ONU

Thursday workshop and meeting with art and design students

Renowned artist Jay Ryan of The Bird Machine in Chicago will be at Ohio Northern working with printmaking students on Thursday, according to the ONU Department of Art and Design Facebook page.

He will also conduct a workshop and discuss his work while on campus.

Ryan learned about screenprinting from Steve Walters at Screwball Press in late 1995, where they worked together until 1999, at which point he started The Bird Machine print shop in the basement of his apartment building.

The dress code goes out the window during Homecoming Week

Here's a look at PJ Day; Wednesday is Hawaiian Day

Let's see. It's Ada High School homecoming week.

That means the dress code is sort of out the window.

What dress code? Let's start with Monday. It was Pajama Day. The Ada Bulldog Facebook page recorded the event with lots of photos. Want to take peek?

Tuesday was Super hero/ Villain Day
Wednesday - Hawaiian Day
Thursday - Shipwrecked Day (Mismatched)
Friday - Bulldog Spirit Day

The Hardin United Way thermometer is rising

Fall planting sale underway at New Leaf

New Leaf Landscape and Garden Center, 0395 State Route 235, Ada, annnounces its fall planting sale.

Several items are on sale. In additon, New Leaf has fall planting supplies and fall decorating supplies.
