 Here's an unusual Ada post card. The sender describes his house in the photo. There's the message:

We live in the house with the x on it yellow in the picture, white in reality. Much obliged  for the kindling wood. Come up and see us. - Brother (can't make out the name).

This is a colorized post card sowing North Main Street Ada near the turn of an earlier century.  Notice the street light in the center of the photo. Also, notice the horse and carriag on the left side of the street.
