The July Ada Area Chamber of Commerce membership meeting will be held at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 20 at The Inn at ONU. Please note the special location.

Ada Board of Ed meeting and public hearing on July 21

UPDATED July 16

The Ada Exempted Village Schools, 725 West North Avenue, have announced the July Board Of Education Meeting and public hearing for 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 21, 2022.

The public hearing is regarding the use of IDEA Part B funds for the 2022-2023 school year.

My experience At Buckeye Girls State

This past June, I was sponsored to attend a government camp called Buckeye Girls State. As nerdy as it may sound, my experience at Buckeye Girls State was very fun and exciting. I made wonderful friends, and I learned many things about state and local government. I believe this knowledge is important.

Diabetes occurs when your body is not able to process and use glucose (sugar) from food. This results in too much glucose accumulating in your blood stream. This can have negative effects on many different organs and parts off your body.

OHSAA football calendar for Fall 2022

Does your fall schedule revolve around high school football? Here's the 2022 calendar from Ohio High School Athletic Association.

Fall sports practices officially begin on Monday, August 1 for OHSAA member schools, including 712 schools that will compete in 11-man football. The first Friday night is August 19.

August 5-13 - Scrimmage Dates

August 15 - Regular-Season Begins (First Friday is August 19)
