Quilt raffle to support Ada Ohio Historical Society

The Ada Ohio Historical Society is holdiing its 2nd Annual Quilt Raffle. You can win this beautiful quilt handmade by Ada residents. Tickets are $5 each or five for $20 and the drawing will be held at the Harvest & Herb Festival Sept. 21, 2024 at 3:00 p.m.  The quilt will be on display at the Ada Public where you can also purchase tickets.

Focus on sober driving this holiday weekend

The Ohio State Highway Patrol will be highly visible and cracking down on impaired drivers during the Fourth of July holiday reporting period, which begins at midnight on Wednesday, July 3 and will run through 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, July 7.

SR 309 to close for culvert repair beginning July 8

State Route 309 between County Road 15 (Allen County line) and State Route 235 will close Monday, July 8 for approximately 40 days to replace five culverts, according to the Ohio Department of Transportation.

TRAFFIC IMPACTS

Detour: I-75 to SR 81 to SR 235, back to SR 309 (see DETOUR MAP).
