The community is invited to have photos taken with Santa at 6:30 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 21. The free community event includes Christmas treats, photos taken with Santa and persons may drop off letters to Santa.
A holiday craft show is planned at the Jenera Town Hall later this month.
The event is from noon to 4 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 17. The town hall is located at 1800 State Route 698, Jenera.
The how will have crafts, Christmas gifts, baked goods, raffles and other items. Proceeds from the event are being donated to a family to help with medical bills.

Three books will be discussed this month and in early December by three different book discussion groups at the Ada Public Library. There’s still a chance to check out a copy of each of the books prior to the discussion.

The Ada High School fall sports awards will be next Tuesday, Nov 12, at 7 p.m. in the school auditorium for fall high school sports except football and cheerleaders.
The next Western Ohio Chapter of the Lincoln Highway Association meeting is at 6 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 12, at Biggie's Coast to Coast Restaurant, 116 E. Main St., Cairo (nn the old Lincoln Highway).
After attendees order dinner individually from the menu, Michael Buettner will present a program at 7 p.m., "The Lincoln Highway and the Harding Highway in Western Ohio - The Most Colorful Chapter of the Lincoln Highway History in Ohio." The public is invited.
Who were Dorothy and Harry Ream? Did they make all those cutout displays on the Bluffton Presbyterian Church lawn on display between Thanksgiving and New Year's? What’s their story?
Answers to those questions, for a generation of people who don’t know the Ream story, will be part of this year’s Blaze celebration. This summer, the Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce invited a troupe of local actors and singers to put the Ream story to drama and music.
