Liberty National Bank is participating in the Welcome Home Program, which is a grant sponsored by the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati.
The program was designed to assist eligible homeowners with down payment or closing costs when purchasing or buying a home.
The program provides up to $5,000 in grant money for eligible homeowners and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Funds will be available starting March 1, and will end when the money is no longer available.

So you’ve decided to start eating healthy this year, but have no idea where to start.
Honestly speaking, you may even be a little discouraged at the thought. Fruits and vegetables….ugh! Rest assured healthy eating does not have to be overwhelming or boring.
The first thing to remember is to start small. “Rome wasn’t built in a day.” Lasting lifestyle changes are most effective when done in small steps. For example, try incorporating or replacing one snack each day with a fruit or vegetable.

Welcome to the first Healthe Habits for Living (HHL) posting offering helpful hints and quick insights on how to become a healthier version of you.
"Hello, I’m Christine Schroeder, MOT, OTR/L, Occupational Therapist and Director of the HHL program, located at Ellerbrock Spine and Soft Tissue (ESST) in Bluffton."
After working for a number of years in business, I decided to go back to school; I received my Master's in Occupational Therapy (MOT) in 2015 from The University of Findlay. My husband and I live in Ottawa with our 3 children, ages 16 (daughter), 13 (son), and 10 (son).
