Apollo board actions on legislation affecting Ada voters

Apollo Career Center's board of education will act on legislation at its July 23 to place a tax levy on the Nov. 6 ballot. Voters in the Ada school district will have the levy on their ballot.

Can you believe it? Ada school opens in one month

It's mid-July, but things are starting to take place at the Ada Schools in anticipation of the 2012-13 school year...one month away.

Here's the 2012-13 school calendar, and below it are some of the events taking place between now and when school starts.

Here's all the individual results of Ada/Lost Creek swimmers

Only 10 points separated the Ada/Lost Creek swim team from a second place finish in the Western Ohio Aquatics League championship meet on July 13-14 in Blufton.

The individual results of the entire meet are in an attachment at the bottom of this story. Ada/Lost Creek's code is A/LC.

Ada/Lost Creek Gator Tommy Spyker is ready to swim. He was among many Ada youth in the WOAL meet at Bluffton July 13-14.
