Bulldog tennis blanked by Elida

ADA __The Ada High School boys tennis team lost 5-0 to Elida in a battle of the Bulldogs Monday, April 15, at War Memorial Park. (Photos follow.)
The host Bulldog netters fell to 0-3 with the defeat. The visitors improved to 5-1 as they won all five matches in straight sets.
Ada junior southpaw Nathan Williams lost at first singles to Jaden Newman.
Sophomore Justin Bowden was defeated at second singles by Ben Osman. Brandon Prater fell at third singles to E. Jackson.
Junior Luke Archer and sophomore Mohamad Khalil were defeated at first doubles. The Ada tandem of senior Jesse Okuly and sophomore Josh Thaxton also lost at second doubles.
The Bulldog netters entertain Lima Senior Wednesday, April 17.
