Seventy-one Ohio Northern student-athletes were named Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference in the 10 spring sports for 2023.
Women's track and field and cross country led all teams with 14 honorees. Men's track and field had 12 award winners, women's lacrosse had nine, and men's lacrosse had eight.
The award winners must be a sophomore or higher in class standing, maintain varsity status and have a cumulative grade-point-average of at least 3.50.

Twelve of the 71 honorees are making their third appearances on the list, which is the maximum number allowed by the league.
Thirty-six of the 71 earned the honor for the first time.
