The Village of Ada has introduced My Civic App. available for Android and Apple devices, to provide a new bill payment option. It allows users to:
- Access real-time account information and consumption history
- Pay by phone, text, website, or mobile app
- Make a one-time payment, schedule a payment or sign up for autopay
- Receive payment reminders
Ada residents can make payments directly through https://www.adaoh.org/ using the "Pay your bill" button or download the mycivic app.
