The Best Christmas Pageant Ever Nov. 19-20

On November 19 and 20 the Ada Drama Club will present The Best Christmas Pageant Ever by Barbara Robinson. Performances are at 7 p.m. on Friday and Saturday in the Ada Schools Auditorium. 725 W North Ave.

Tickets are $5 and are available on the school website for presale and will be available at the door. 

There are 26 cast members (plus crew) including students from 1st grade to 12th grade, as well as 2 homeschooled families.

Accompanying photos are from the production's November 18 dress rehearsal.

Marion-Hardin Corrections Special Meeting notice

The Hardin County Commissioners released the following notice for a Special Meeting of the Marion-Hardin Corrections Commison at 3 p.m. on Friday, November 19 at the Hardin County Commissioner's Office, 1 Courthouse Square, Kenton.

The meeting purpose is to discuss the hiring of personnel and compensation.

ONU winter sports include lacrosse

ONU has announced the men's lacrosse team will opens the 2022 season Feb. 19 at Alma. Home games at Dial-Roberson Stadium will follow the next two Saturdays. It's a chance to watch the oldest organized team sport in North America.
