Shane Tanner Rowe, age 19, died Thursday, July 12, 2012 in the early morning at his residence in Harrod.

He was born on July 26, 1992 in Hardin County, Ohio to Bernie and Teresa (Nichols) Rowe and they survive in Harrod, Ohio.

One of my brothers lives in the mountains of Virginia where he regularly picks a variety of wild berries on his runs up the mountainside and into the woods.  This never really impressed me because I don’t like blackberries and raspberries so why bother picking them?

William J. "Bill" Allen visitation Saturday

William J. "Bill" Allen

William J. "Bill" Allen, age 78, died Wednesday, July 11, 2012 at 11:27 pm at Birchaven Village in Findlay, Ohio.

On March 12, 1934 in Magoffin County, KY. he was born to John and Betty (Shepard) Allen who preceded him in death. On December 21, 1953 he married Ruth Lines and she preceded him in death on March 26, 1999 after being married for 45 years.

Bill retired as an accountant. In the spring of 1953, Bill joined the Air Force. He was a Jehovah’s Witness.
