Weekend Doctor: Neck pain

Do you have neck pain? You’re not alone. Over half of all individuals develop neck pain during their lifetime with an annual prevalence in up to 40% of people. Most often, neck pain resolves on its own within just days to weeks; however, for some, it may last longer and require medical management. This article describes the causes of neck pain, provides some conservative treatment ideas, and describes when to seek medical attention. 

Day of Dance invites 6-12 th graders

Intermediate to advanced 6-12th grade dancers are invited to register now for  Day of Dance at Ohio Northern University.

Dancers will study with ONU dance faculty and guest artists in four 50-minute classes consisting of a warm-up and progressions, tap, contemporary and jazz.

The Allen East High School girls basketball team shot well at the foul line to help topple Crestview 45-40 on the road in a Northwest Conference battle Thursday night, January 18.

Mercy Health-St. Rita’s accepting scholarship applications

Mercy Health-St. Rita’s Medical Center is pleased to announce the 2024 Mercy Health – St. Rita’s Scholarship Program is now accepting applications.
