Ohio Northern men’s basketball lost to Heidelberg 73-66 to Heidelberg Wednesday at the ONU Sports Center. Junior Austin Allemeier and Ryan Bruns each scored 20 points for ONU. The Polar Bears are now 3-7 overall and 0-5 in the OAC, while the Student Princes improve to 2-5 and 2-2 in the conference.
ADA - Visiting Cory-Rawson outscored Ada 22-10 down the stretch to defeat the non-league local rival Bulldogs 51-44 in a hard-fought boys basketball battle Wednesday night.

St. Rita’s Medical Center is the recipient of grant funds from OhioMeansJobs – Allen County to help current employees continue to grow and gain additional jobs skills. St. Rita’s has been a long-time participant in the Incumbent Worker Training (IWT) program.
The purpose of the IWT is to support training projects that will benefit local business and industry by assisting the skill development of existing employees. The training is expected to lead to the creation of new jobs, retention of jobs, increased wages for better-trained workers, a higher-skilled workforce, and a more profitable business climate.
