The 2024 Hardin County Fair Book has been finalized! It is available at the link below. In a Facebook announcement, organizers note "it has been submitted to the printer, however print books will have limited copies. Only rules and the open-class section will be available in print.

Ada High School is celebrating the 50th anniversary its 1974 Ohio Class A Champion relay teams in both the 880 yards and 1 mile events.

In addition to the PPK USA sanctioned Punt, Pass, & Kick competition at Ohio Northern University on Sunday, June 2, local businesses will be turning the entire weekend a "Kick Off Summer" celebration.

Ada Area Chamber of Commerce is prmoting a weekend "filled with many fun activities for kids on Saturday and Sunday. We are encouraging our downtown businesses to have free kids activities available Saturday. We will be making a list of all events going on in town this weekend."

FOSTORIA __ The Ada High School boys tennis team lost 4-1 at Fostoria on a breezy Wednesday evening, May 1.

Recent demoliton work on E. Buckeye in Ada has created a partial blank canvas for the creation of the Old Route 69 Brewery which plans to provide "craft beer, food and family-inclusive entertainment." The project now entails use of the Armory and the former Cole Motor Sales location.
