Beatitudes Community Center will be opening another location on January 3. Bee Home will be located at 228 North Main and will carry used furniture and home furnishings. If you have items to donate, call 419-788-9459.

Conservation Tillage Club breakfast series planned

HARDIN COUNTY__The 2024 Conservation Tillage Club breakfast program series will begin on Thursday, January 11 at the Plaza Inn Restaurant in Mt. Victory. Each session will start at 7:30 am with a complimentary buffet breakfast followed by the program at 8:00 am. Other sessions will be held on January 25, February 8 and 22.

Troopers urge sober driving this Christmas

COLUMBUS – The Ohio State Highway Patrol is reminding motorists to drive sober this Christmas. In an effort to reduce fatal and injury crashes, troopers will focus on removing impaired drivers from our roadways from Friday, December 22 through Monday, December 25.

Student Leadership-United returns to Hardin County

KENTON__The fourth meeting of Student Leadership-United will take place on January 10 at Ridgemont High School. This group of 24 select sophomores meets monthly to develop their leadership skills and learn more about charitable organizations within Hardin County. 

The group is led by graduates of the 2024 Hardin Leadership class and is a partnership with the United Way of Hardin County.  

“We are excited to bring this program back to Hardin County and hope to see it grow in coming years,” said Brett Purcell, Athletic Director of Kenton City Schools.
