Lee Crouse passed this photograph on to the Icon. It's Sherri Wince, who was the first-ever Harvest and Herb Festival queen. The year was 1986.
The queen candidates that year, in addition to Sherri, were Debbie West, Kerri Reiter, Bridgett Sutherly, Jane Napier and LeAnn Compton.
