2 compete in Invitational
NAPERVILLE, Ill. — Senior Alex Sibila (Zionsville, Ind.) and junior Ian McVey (Stow/Munroe Falls) each competed on the first day of Gregory Invitational hosted by North Central (Ill.) to lead the Ohio Northern men's outdoor track and field team on Wednesdayafternoon.
No team scores were kept in the meet.
Sibila led the way, tying his career-high mark in the high jump with a fourth place finish and leap of 6' 7".
McVey competed in the 5,000-meter run, where he finished 10th overall in 14:52.18.
Northern will return to action tomorrow afternoon as it competes in the final day of the Gregory Invitational in its last regular season meet.
