Over 400 participate in Candy Cane tour
By Monty Siekerman
The Candy Cane Tour of Homes Sunday afternoon was deemed a success with more than 400 people purchasing tickets to view the exterior and interior of locations decorated for the holidays.
Here, Amy Eddings, decked out in a holiday hat (center), chats with tour-goers who visited the home owned by she and her husband Mark Hilan at 508 N. Main. Their house is known as Easter House due to its colorful exterior.
The tour included 8 locations in Ada and 4 in Kenton. Keep Hardin County Beautiful sponsors the December tour of homes every other year.
