Hardin Democrats meet Aug. 13
The next meeting of the Hardin County Democratic Central and Executive Committees will be Wednesday, Aug. 13, at 7 pm. at Henry’s Restaurant, 995 North Detroit Street, Kenton.
Committee members should enter the north doors and go to the loft area on the right. Those who would like to eat and order from the menu are invited to come at 6 p.m to dine together.
The Committees will review and evaluate the success of the Fall Campaign Kickoff Dinner and Rally which was held July 26 atat the Walnut Grove First United Methodist Church north of Kenton.
Speakers for the event were John Patrick Carney, candidate for Auditor of Ohio, Tracy Maxwell Heard, Democratic Leader of the Ohio House of Representatives and Robert L. Fry, candidate for the 5th Congressional District for the United States Congress.
The Committees will make final plans for the Democrat Booth at the Hardin County Fair and the work schedule will be available to sign up for two-hour blocks of time.

Set-up time for the booth will be Monday, Sept. 1 at 10 a.m. if you would like to lend a hand in decorating the booth. Donations for daily door prizes will be discussed. Plans for the fall campaign and the Fall Campaign Luncheon and Rally to be held in October will also be on the agenda.
Other regular business will be conducted. Persons who subscribe to the principles of the Democratic Party are invited and encouraged to attend this meeting.
