Frank Dilts was a lifelong farmer
Frank E. Dilts, 86, died on Thursday, Oct. 24, 2013, at his residence in Ada.
He was born on Jan. 29, 1927, in Paulding County, Ohio to E. E. and Olive (Lehman) Dilts and they preceded him in death. He married Helen McDougle on June 22, 1947 and she survives in Ada.
Frank was a lifelong farmer. He was a member of the Quickstep Pentecostal Church of God, Alger.
Also surviving are three sons: Michael (Norma) Dilts, Fredrick Dilts, Tom (Shauna) Dilts all of Dola; four grandchildren: Steffanie Humphries, Maranda Dilts, Tom Dilts Jr. and Andrew Dilts; six great grandchildren: Annabelle Humphries, Alexandra Humphries, Emily Humphries, Paige Seitz, Issac Oreglia and Benjamin Dilts; two brothers: Paul (Marjorie) Dilts of Joplin, Mo., and Carl (Joann) Dilts of Carey; two sisters: Alverda Saul of Bellingham, Wash., and Suetta Santiago of South Miami, Fla.
He was preceded in death by a son, Frank Dilts, Jr. ; a sister, Marcella Snyder; two brothers: Glenn ( Jimmy) Dilts and John Henry Dilts.
Funeral services will begin at 10:30 am on Tuesday, Oct. 29, 2 at Quickstep Pentecostal Church of God, Alger, with Pastor Robert Dye and Rev. Paul Dilts officiating. Burial will be in Hasson Cemetery in Jenera.
Friends may call 2-4 and 6-8 PM on Monday, Oct. 28, at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Ada and one hour prior to the service on Tuesday at the church.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Quickstep Pentecostal Church of God, Alger.
