Seven AHS students have art selected for juried Kewpee Invitational

On display February 11-26 at Artspace/Lima

Seven Ada High School art students have had works of art accepted by the annual Kewpee High School Art Invitational at ArtSpace/Lima. The show at 65-67 Town Square, Lima, runs from February 11-26. Hours are Tuesday-Saturday, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. and admission is free.

Wyliam Bowden has been awarded 1st Place in Ceramics for Large Ruffle Bowl.

Also featured in the juried show are Kameron Mooney, Audrey Pope, Kylee Pott, Shaina Phillips, Isaac Williams and Sabina Zheng.

The exhibition, which makes cash awards, includes sculpture, photography, painting, digital media, printmaking, mixed media, sculpture, jewelry and drawing. The Kewpee exhibit is sponsored by Kewpee Restaurants of Lima, Ohio. In 2021 over 20 area high schools brought student work to the show.
