Anna Belle Hollon, 78, died Thursday, May 2, 2013 at 11:12 am at her residence in Alger, Ohio.
She was born on November 10, 1934 in Prestonsburg, Kentucky to Randolph and Sarah (Sparks) Hall, who preceded her in death. On August 4, 1951 she married Noah Hollon and he survives in Alger.
Anna Belle retired from the Hardin County Home, Kenton where she worked as a cook. She attended the Ada Full Gospel Pentecostal Church of God. Anna Belle dearly loved her family and especially her grandchildren.
Also surviving are two sons: Larry (Coleen) Hollon of Alger, Danny (Rhonda) Hollon of Belle Center; a daughter, Lisa (Richard) Allen of Alger; five grandchildren: Bridget, Shawna, Ashley, Matthew and Timothy; seven great grandchildren: Natasha, Nathan, Justice, Ryan, Breanna, Austin and Aiden; a great-great granddaughter, Maleah; a brother, Forest Edward Hall of McGuffey; a sister, Irene Smith of Kenton.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Patricia Hollon; two brothers: Woodrow and Lonnie Hall; three sisters: Addlene Bays, Eva Jean Hollon and Hazel Miller.
Funeral services will begin at 1 PM on Monday, May 6, 2013 at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Alger with Rev. Karen Rarey officiating. Burial will be in Preston Cemetery.
Friends may call 2:00-8:00 PM on Sunday, May 5, 2013 at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Alger and one hour prior to the service on Monday at the funeral home.
