The village of Ada 2020 building projects totaled $1,944,779 according to Michael Harnishfeger, village zoning inspector. There were 53 building permits recorded in 2020.
The largest project totaled $960,000, which was a commercial addition to Vancrest of Ada, 600 W. North Ave.
Three residences were construction in 2020, which included two single-family homes constructed on Beech. The report shows that three swimming pools were constructed and there was a demolition of one building.
