Liberty National Bank announces one staff retirement and one new employee this week, according to Ronald L. Zimmerly, Jr., bank president and CEO.
Joyce Rostorfer
Joyce Rostorfer, assistant vice president, mortgage and consumer lender in the Kenton has announced her retirement.
Rostorfer joined the bank in 2012 and has been in banking since 1973. She is the daughter of retired Kenton Fire Chief Frank Fields and Ruth Fields. After graduating from Kenton High School, she attended Bowling Green State University. She worked at The Metropolitan Bank of Lima for 2 1/2 years. Joyce then pursued her banking career for the next two years in Florida.
Since returning to Hardin County in 1977, she has worked as teller, office manager and mortgage loan officer. She is a 2002 graduate of Hardin Leadership.
She is a member of several Hardin County organizations, including Hardin County Noon Optimist, Silver Star Circle of Ridgeway and Visiting Neighbors Club of Ridgeway.
She is a member of the West Central Ohio Association of Realtors (WCARE) and a former member of the Hardin County Chamber & Business Alliance, serving as treasurer and chairperson and a former member of Hardin County Ambassadors.
Joyce and her husband, Ron, are parents of Christina Viers and James Rostorfer, and she is step mother to Roberta Stocker, Rhonda Townsley and Ronald Rostorfer, and grandparent to eight grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
A retirement event for her is Friday, Dec. 13, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Kenton.
Ryan Lane
Ryan J. Lane, Bellefontaine, joined the bank in October as assistant vice president of mortgage/consumer lending for the Kenton branch.
He brings with him 10 years of banking experience including branch operations, investments/insurance, and consumer lending. He holds a degree in business management and organizational leadership from Urbana University.
He has been active in Logan County United Way, Logan County Chamber of Commerce, and served as a past president of Kiwanis International in Bellefontaine.
He and his wife, Shelly, have three children: Reilly, Nolan, and Averi.
