DOLA - The Ada volleyball team swept a triangular match at Hardin Northern Saturday morning.
The Lady Bulldogs swept both HN and Arlington to improve to 4-3.
Ada beat Northern 25-23, 25-23 and took down the Red Devils 25-23, 25-19.
"We have not beaten Arlington in a couple of years so that was a good win," said Bulldog second-year head coach Kyleigh Tabor. "Also (it was good), since Arlington is who we lost to in districts kast year."
Against Arlington, junior middle Megan Light led the Bulldogs with 11 kills, 13 digs and three blocks.
Junior Miranda Wills hammered eight kills and came up with 10 digs. Senior libero Guagenti hustled her way to 13 digs and served two aces. setter Kirsten Poling passed out 14 assists.
In the win over HN, Light drilled 13 kills. Wills contributed seven kills and a dozen digs. Poling doled out 17 assists and Guagenti made 17 digs.
Sophomore Aubrey Madison added a pair of aces.
The Lady Bulldog reserves lost 2-0 to Arlington, and fell 2-1 to HN.
Ada (1-3 home) hosts always-tough non-league foe Leipsic Thursday, August 5.
