Junell Knepper, age 66, died on Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at 5:35 p.m. at Lima Memorial Health System, Lima.
She was born on March 24, 1951 in Lackey, KY to Hager Justice and Virgie (Bailey) Justice.
Her father, Hager and her mother, Virgie Warmbrod preceded her in death.
On November 21, 2012 she married Gary W. Knepper and he survives in Alger.
Junell retired from Ohio Northern University, Ada where she was a professor in the Sociology Departement. She was a graduate of Utica High School. She received her Bachelor's Degree and her Masters Degree in Sociology from the University of Toledo.
Also surviving are three brothers: Roy Justice of Alger, Dewey (Chris) Justice of Lima and Jerry (Sandi) Justice of Colorado Springs, CO; and two sisters: Ruth Griffin of Alger and Lily (Don) Rose of Wyoming, MI.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Raymond Justice and sister-in-law, Beverly Justice.
Funeral services will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 25, at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Alger with Pastor Dave Stanford officiating. Burial will be in Smith Cemetery, Dola.
Friends may call from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, July 24, at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Alger and until time of service on Tuesday at the funeral home.
