Ohio Northern University will host a bone marrow drive on the campus’s “Tundra,” just south of the English Chapel, on Friday, April 20, from 6-10 p.m.
The procedure is free and consists of a cheek swab and some paperwork to place participants on the national registry. Every registrant will be entered into a raffle for prizes donated by local businesses. The first 150 registrants also will receive a free T-shirt.
Participants must be between the ages of 18 and 55 and be in good general health. For more information about donor eligibility or the donation process, refer to www.getswabbed.org or email [email protected]
