Big Brothers Big Sisters awarded Quality Agency Award
Big Brothers Big Sisters of West Central Ohio has received a national Quality Agency Award, recognizing the hard work of agency leadership and staff to provide high-quality programming for area children.
This award, presented annually by Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, recognizes BBBS agencies across the country that serve a minimum of 150 children and achieve certain quality markers in the length and strength of Big/Little match relationships.
Only three of 25 Ohio agencies received the Quality Agency Award. The others are BBBS of Central Ohio in Columbus and BBBS of Greater Cincinnati.
Executive Director John B. Neville of Ada, accepted the award at BBBSA’s National Conference in Philadelphia.
Big Brothers Big Sisters of West Central Ohio has offices in Lima, Kenton and Ottawa and serves 500 kids per year in Allen, Hardin and Putnam counties.
