Ada Icon viewers:
FROM THE ADA BULLDOGS FACEBOOK - I just wanted to pass on that the Mayor and I attended a briefing this morning in Hardin County related to the COVIS-19 situation and to advise you of two important bits of information that we learned.
1. An important phone number for any and all questions related to the virus is 1-833-427-5634. This is the public information number for the Ohio Department of Health Call Center which has been established specifically for COVIS-19 issues.
The Hardin County Health Department sent the following announcement on Friday:
The Health Department wants to keep the public as informed on the current status of the COVID-19 situation.
We want to remind community members that you want to ensure you are getting your information from a credible source. We will put out information as we have it, in a timely manner.

As of 11 p.m., Monday, March 16, the Ohio Department of Health has closed polling locations and the March 17 primary election will not take place today.
As a primary election voters will request either a Republican ballot, Democrat ballot, non-partisan or Libertarian ballot.
All voters within the Ada school district, regardless of party affiliation, will vote on the Proposed Income Tax Renewal levy from Ada Schools.

As a parent, one of your top concerns is making sure your child is healthy and safe. That's why it's important to take the time to learn about croup and how it can affect your child.
Croup is marked by a "barking" cough in children up to age 5. Most children recover from this viral illness within a week or so, but serious cases can cause severe symptoms like trouble breathing. Call your child's health care provider if you are concerned about any symptoms you're seeing.
