The next Medical Disposal Day will be Saturday, April 8, in the parking lot between RiteAid and COSI. Expired, unused prescriptions and over the counter drugs will be taken and safely disposed of between 9 a.m. and noon.
The program is sponsored by the Sheriff's Office, Hardin Memorial Hospital, ONU HealthWise, and the Solid Waste District
Rebecca Phlipot, an ONU senior biochemistry major from Marysville, places a "thank you" note on a board in McIntosh Center. ONU students who receive scholarships and financial aid from alumni posted thank you notes on a large display board throughout the day on March 15.
