This interview with Bob Szuch took place on the fourth trading day of the new year when the stock market was tanking in the U.S. and around the world. One would think a broker's phone would be ringing off the hook.
"Sell, before I lose more money."
"Buy, the prices are low."
But all was relatively quiet that morning in Bob's office, which is located in Grass Run Industrial Park.
Shirley's Gourmet Popcorn, Bluffton, is celebrating National Popcorn Day, with several activities on Saturday, Jan. 23, according to Peter Suter.
These include:
• Free theatre-style popcorn for everyone
• All bags of popcorn are Buy-One-Get-One free (equal or lesser value, limit 2)
• Employee popcorn cook-off
"Our associates are teaming in the store up to compete with their own flavor creations and you help determine the winner," said Suter.
This week,Today, the Hardin County Chamber & Business Alliance has launched a new website that provides tools and technology to promote the best of Hardin County and its communities.
The new Alliance website not only replaces an older and outdated site, but was developed on a marketing platform to promote both Hardin County, as well as the Hardin County Chamber & Business Alliance organization.
