Zimmerly, Jr., President and CEO of Liberty National Bank, recently announced the Bank’s participation in the Welcome Home Program, which is a grant sponsored by the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati. The Welcome Home Program was designed to assist eligible homeowners with down payment or closing costs when purchasing or buying a home.

Liberty National Bank will hold a Farmers Breakfast again this year at the Plaza Inn Restaurant, Mt. Victory, on Tuesday, Feb. 28.  

This breakfast starts at 7:30 a.m. and will feature Ohio Department of Agriculture Director David Daniels who will be speaking on ‘Nutrient Management of Lake Erie.’

The Ada Icon announces a new feature for viewers and advertisers.

The Icon's Advertiser's Index now includes links to advertiser Facebook pages. The alphabetical index includes all Icon advertisers. The listing includes phone numbers and links to advertiser websites and Facebook pages.

The Icon has over 50 advertisers and the Index is a highly viewed featured. Over the past 12 months the Index received over 600 views - or nearly two each day.

El Campo restaurant owner expands with Bluffton restaurant

Ada's El Campo Mexican restaurant has added a second location with the opening of "Campito Lindo" at 142 N. Main St., Bluffton.

The Bluffton restaurant will open this week.

Enrique Cabrera named his new Bluffton Mexican restaurant and cantina “A Small Beautiful Town.” That translates to Spanish as “Campito Lindo.”

The Ada restaurant is now in its 10th year of operation. Both restaurants will carry the same menu.

The menu includes house specialties, lunch, desserts, appetizers, salads, children’s plates, combinations, chicken, seafood, steak, fajitas, and a bar.
