FABrehab Services, located in the Community Health Professionals building, will change its ownership and name on Nov. 1.
The outpatient clinic located in the CHP-Ada building will change its name to Ada Physical Therapy as part of Hometown Therapy Group, LLC.
The clinic in Wapakoneta will be named Wapak Physical Therapy. Office managers, Amy Cousino and Deanna Ferguson, will still be working in the clinic after the transition, as well as Jarret Webb (PTA) in the Wapakoneta clinic, Tony Thorpe (PTA, Massage Therapist) in the Ada clinic, and Nicole Wenzlick (MPT) in the Wapakoneta clinic.

“We want to assure our advertising customers and potential customers that the Icons are trusted advertising sources and that we have a high standard of business practice,” he said.
He added that by being a BBB member the Icons will pass along information to viewers about scams and other sources that assist consumers.
